Hawkwind sent me this link because he knows I like to look at houses here.
I can't afford this one, but it is the epitome of my dream home. It even has an indoor pool.
TalkHost, are we allowed to do this? No I am NOT a realtor, nor is anyone in my family.
Just look at this gorgeous home and the view too. WOW.

Hi Gracie. I tried to open the nice home site but it wouldn't open. It could be because I have many protective blocks on my computer. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Gracie,
Are you running the mouse over the link and highlighting it, then clicking copy and paste? This will only copy the part of the link that is displayed in the post, not the full link.
Try this instead. right click on a good link and click copy shortcut, then paste that into your post.
Maybe not, but just an idea....

Harmsewood is a beautiful village, Gracie. Homes are just a bit different from others in the community. Lots of mature trees add to the beauty.
All villages in TV are lovely in my eyes, just that some have a bit more visually to observe. (I like the pool, too!)

Nice looking home. I was not even aware of these fancy homes north of El Camino Real.

Thanks AJ. I downloaded the site. Too rich for my blood. Even if I could afford it, I wouldn't be interested. Looks like the alligators will be daily visiters.

I'd be willing to bet that the new owners won't spending a lot of time cleaning.

I'd settle for the money they spend on air conditioning each month.

I'll pass, it's not close to a town square. On second thought, my driver could take me !!!!

Thank you for posting this link. I am coming for a visit on Monday and have looked at homes on Trulia - but not like this one! I'll have to show my friends who are coming down with me. I checked my Mega Millions ticket this am - not a winner - maybe next time! Then I could really do some house hunting.

I once drove through Harmeswood when I was completely and thoroughly lost. I now drive through every couple of months just because I find it soothing -- it is such a beautiful village. In the meantime, I'll dream about living there but not in this one -- way too big for my taste or needs.

Strikes me as just a wee tad too big for only me and The Cat!
On t'other hand, I can see a number of up-north folks claiming kinship so's they can bunk down in the "guest wing!"
Many of the Premier homes in TV are really beautiful. But, I still wonder why retired folks need so much room! Surely, they don't always have their kids and grandkids visiting!?!?

The interesting thing is that this is just a snowbird house for the current owners. Their permanent residence is Connecticut.

The first time we came on the Lifestyle Preview, I asked our agent to show me a million dollar house. He did.
WOW!

Before our friends moved up from their cyv
to a little bigger place in Bridgeport we went with them to check out the unique cape cod place next to this compound and we peered
in the windows. Lots of woowoo.
The price was closer to 1.2m and it sat a long time. Went to 995,000 with the previous agent and sat over a year.
Sold for $800,000 in need of huge work, deal fell through. Now relisted with updated fotos
The indoor pool, while novel, is said to be somewhat of a quirk, going right up to
a wall.
Just across the water from this oasis you can get a lil' villa and look across the same catch basin and see the lifestyles of Harmeswood.
There's another 4k footer with room for a
four car fleet in Harmeswood just listed at 1.2
We liked the uniqueness and charm so much we bought one across the water from this one for a fraction of the cost even though a real move is two years or more.
Now if they would only fix that archaic iron prison gate! It's so slow we keep knitting and a crossword book handy

...not to be too critical, but I would have thought a home that nice would have staged some of the rooms better. The room with the couches and then the equipment on the floor seemed to be a surprise to me.
I give up. I cannot get the link to work. Tried copying and pasting, clicking etc. What am I doing wrong?
