Membership for The Villages Shooters World Founding members expires 1 Jan 2021, unless you renew before the end of the year. If your membership expires you will lose the reduced membership price of a founding Member. I have never received a renewal notice the last 2 years, however, I do receive Shooters World email advertisements. I went to The Villages shooters world this morning and renewed my membership. The rep I spoke to at shooters world said she is not sure why renewal notices were not sent out but it was the responsibility of one of their other workers. Bottom line: If you are a founding member of The Villages Shooters World and have not renewed yet, you have until Dec 31 to renew or lose your Founding Member privileges. The rep also told me you cannot renew online.

I was thinking about calling to see if I could do it on phone. Can't understand why they can't send out reminders. It's like they would like for it to run out.

I fear for the survival of Shooters World. No ammo and impending legislation possible, gun ownership and shooting will be cost prohibitive. JMHO

Concern would be for snowbirds who don’t return until after January 1st and are denied the discounted rate.

Thanks for the heads up. Although it’s getting very expensive to go practice these days.

Shooters World has made tons of money in the past several months selling guns and over priced ammo to new gun buyers.
But right now, they are concerned because the range usage is down. Who can shoot unless they stocked up on ammo.
