Trying to enter executive course request for guest and myself online. Guest's ID is 7 numbers, but system will only accept a 6 number ID. Villages IT systems are so inadequate!

If I remember correctly, you enter # of golfers being 2. Answer yes to are there any guests. Then enter your ID number, then your guest under your 6 digit ID number.

Complimentary educational sessions on The Villages
Automated Tee Time System are offered regularly by the
The Villages Tee Time Office. To sign up for these sessions
you may contact The Villages Tee Time Office at 352-750-4558.

After this education I believe you will see how ingenious the Villages IT system is. And for those of you who complain about not getting tee times during high season may I suggest taking this course also. There are many tips on how to increase your chances of getting a tee time. It is not 100% about how many points you or your group has.

I think the instructions say to press ** for a guest. ** means star star. Listen carefully to instructions.

Just put in the members number again & click guest.
