Employment opportunities around The Villages

My wife and I are about to make the move to TV, but I'm not ready to fully retire. Is there a good employment agency that I can work with to find employment? How difficult is it to find employment?

You can post your resume on INDEED, my stepson just found an ideal job that way. IMHO, jobs strictly inside The Villages may be limited, food service, cleaning, community watch, landscaping, retail, etc., no idea what type of work you are looking for but IMHO, I would expect to have to travel 25 miles or more if looking for professional type work. I hope others can provide more insight on this.

95% of the available jobs inside the Villages are minimum wage. Not a lot better outside.
