Hello, will be moving to TV in the next few months.
Are there any Retired Philadelphia Police clubs out there?

I've only heard of an NYPD Club. I did a google search and that was all I came up with. Here's the NYPD group protesting the opening of a Quentin Tarantino movie because of his outrageous comments about police.

You might want to contact them and they may able to steer you in the right direction, or you can start a club.
