That's him. During my research I learned that he is one of the most copied artists so this painting may not be original. Found it when cleaning out my mother-in-laws house.

Just determined this painting is not what I thought. The real artist was Ralph Blakelock. This painting is signed R. Blalock. Close but no cigar.

If you Google his name, Richard Blalock, you will see several of his flower paintings that go for anywhere between $25 and $99.
