I had some window work done last year and need warranty work done. The company is not responding to my requests for service. Is there an official dpartment in The Villages to get help?

Unless your house is still under warranty, there is no official Villages office to help you with a contractor issue. You may want to call The Villages warranty office to ask about the window warranty. You can post a complaint with the BBB, but that has nothing to do The Villages.
