I recently switched from UHC to Fl Blue HMO insurance.

I was hoping I could get a recommendation for a stand-alone dentist that would do a regular cleaning every 6 months, Nothing more!!!!.

I have been to dentists that are affiliated with Aspen and Smiles dentistry and they usually tell me that I need several thousand dollars of work.

I would appreciate hearing from someone who is this plan!!!

eavesdropping. I have found the UHC dentists do the same thing, mining the big $$$

I go to Dr. Lunsford in Leesburg. But, in general, I would look for a dentist located outside of The Villages, if you want reasonable, down to earth pricing.

Did you find any dentist who would just clean your teeth? I cannot get my teeth cleaned without a TREATMENT PLANI am having the same problem. One periodentist was going to do an implant, she did a bone graft, then the next visit she said that she did not have the correct size and then said that I needed a catscan at another dentist office at the cost of $250 payable by me and not covcered by insurance. Then I was finally going to have the implant and low and behold I needed another $800 dollars worth of work. So I left the office.
