First Look at the Lofts at Richmond

The first look at the plans for the new apartments south of the Emergency Department are out. The Lofts at Richmond will be about 203 units. Because of their location they will most likely be 55+ age restricted units. It will consist of 4 main buildings and about 18 smaller outbuildings according to the available plans and documents.

Work has already started in this location.

Appropriate, not located in a long existing residential neighborhood like the nightmare being forced down the throats of the residents living around what used to be the Hacienda Hills County Club. Thanks for the update.
