Planning for a summer kitchen

I am certain this is not a brand new topic, but this site is way to cumbersome to navigate and search...

Anyway, we are building new and my wife has allowed me to have an outdoor or summer kitchen...grill with side burner, sink and under counter frig. We will have all the electric and plumbing placed during construction but have private contractor build/install. I'd like to learn from other's experience.

Contractor recommendations? Utility placement/location? appliance brands? built in or modular? etc.

Had Blaze 4 burner gas grill with infrared up north and loved it. Didn't rust, started up every time.
