Altamonte Villas -We're on the way

Bought a CYV in Altamonte in May. Stayed for a few days and will be down for 10 days in Oct and again Thanksgiving week. Wondering if any neighbors have news about the neighborhood?

Looking forward anxiously to getting down there and furnishing the place and playing golf etc.

Welcome to the neighborhood! We were the first to move into a CYV in Altamonte back in April (first house on right as you enter the villas). All the villas are built now and most are sold. Construction going on on Abordale to finish out the designer homes on golf course. Everything should be done by the time you get here in October. There is also a neighborhood association. PM me for website if you don't have it already.
