Hi.
Does anyone have the ability to help me and do a quick, small spot weld on a piece of a pinball machine?

I could braze that. I have a MIG welder, but welding that small is touchy. Can it be ground down after welding? Let me know, i love a challenge.

If I was in town with my TIG welder I’d be happy to do that for you.
BTW that part is not too small to do a quick tack with a MIG welder. That looks like a solenoid arm and if I recall it might be 3/16 thick?

I agree with the tack weld, but was not sure that would be sufficient, will look over carefully when I get the part.

Agreed, if just a tack, MIG is fine, but if a stringer bead is needed, break out the grinder!!!!

I have a small flux core welder. Uses 110 voltage. I think it could do the job. Be glad to take a look at it.

All fixed, added to tack welds with MIG welder.
