Who is doing Diamond Painting?

I posted this subject before, but just in a couple of months this craft has really taken off and is being done by a lot of cooped up people, mostly women. You order a kit and it arrives with a rolled up printed canvas and 25 packages of tiny plastic beads and you then take a little pink pen, push it into a little square of stickum and start lifting beads and putting them in the slot with the right letter or image.

It keeps you up at night and it makes you stop doing important things, like cooking and running the sweeper. If you are doing it too....Please share your latest Diamond Painting. If folks can talk about bowling, we crafters have a niche too.

Two weeks ago I submitted the paperwork to start a new club for diamond painting. They will do a survey in the Recreation News to see if there is enough interest to assign a room for meetings. Not sure when this will happen. If you are interested in joining, please let the recreation department know. I have named the club Diamond Dotties.

Show us some of your paintings. Now I am using my cell phone for photo's and can only post them to Facebook. (I know....I am stupid)
