GMR Website Problem Feb 6-7

Yesterday afternoon I received an email from GMR with the code for making an appointment. I went to the site, selected Step 2 for making an appointment, entered my code and proceeded to answer the 4 questions before being taken to the appointment time selection page. After responding to the final question and pressing the "continue" tab, the site hung up. I was using my cell phone so I went to my computer and went to the website and cannot get past the 1st page. I selected the help page and emailed the problem to GMR but no response yet. Assuming the site was overloaded or down, I waited until this morning to try again but no change.

I received my 1st dose at the Wildwood Community Center two weeks ago and am scheduled for my 2nd dose Feb 19 so not sure why I even received this notice unless to confirm my 2nd dose appointment. Is anyone else having this problem responding to a GMR email yesterday Feb 6 ?

Did you perchance register more than one time?

No. Once on Jan 12. Received appointment for Jan 16 which was cancelled then phone call for Jan 22 for 1st dose.

My sister originally had an appointment with GMR then they ran out of vaccine so her appointment was rescheduled. She was rescheduled by Sumter County and had her first shot at the Wildwood Community Center. She received her appointment for her second shot that day at the Wildwood Community Center. She is going back to the Wildwood Community Center for her second shot.
