We attended Rocky and The Rollers last evening at Paddock Square. Arrived about 7:00. Line to get in was 30 deep. It took about 30 minutes to get in! When we did enter, surprise ,surprise, the square was not crowded at all. In fact there were more people sitting outside surrounding the square!
I understand the COVID concern, HOWEVER...standing in line for 30 minutes is not a good idea. It was actually absurd! The rational for cancelling Happy Hour was no long lines! (I don’t feel that is the real reason, 🤔 $$$)!
Trying to “control “ behavior only leads to people working around restrictions.
Do I have to get there at 3pm ,set up a chair, ,etc. Ridiculous .
I love that there is entertainment again. Time to move on. If anyone is concerned they won’t attend, or they will sit outside like they are currently doing.

We got there around 4:45 and got a place to set up our chairs in the square.
Now, on Saturday with the Spazmatics event, we got there again at 4:45, but the line was about 50 people--it looked like a fun event, out drawing even Rocky himself.

The Spazmatics are a band/group and they played what was labeled a Glow Party. They had the square tricked out in the lights and gave away a lot of stuff with flashing lights for people to dance with.
