If you have a smartphone, I would highly recommend the app PlantSnap. You take a picture of the plant and it identifies it for you. The App identified the plant through your posted picture as a variety of "Haberlea Rhodopensis".

I use to sell rhododendron’s years ago, many different varieties and yes that’s my guess.

Looks like a purple flower to me.

They’re lantana. They all seemed to pop out overnight. They thrive in Central FL.
