Outdoor Kitchen Remodel

I have bought a resale house with a beautiful outdoor kitchen, however the lanai fills with smoke as the previous owners never put in an exhaust hood. I will need to have upper cabinets and possibly a window removed in order to put a hood over the grill, and will also need to remove the large window and maybe replace it with glass block or a smaller window. Can anyone recommend a company that will remodel? It is my understanding that T&D only does NEW outdoor kitchens.
