I've played there three times in the past month, and I thought the conditions were fine. Not as nice as Palmer, but acceptable nonetheless.

As with all courses in TV, the grass is dormant. We played OBH last week and had a good time. Greens were fast and well maintained. fairways were thin, but playable. It has been February and now March and we are playing golf. How bad can that be?? We love TV and what the courses have to offer.
