We received the first Pfizer vaccine at Lake Sq Mall (Sears Bldg) on 2/16. The vaccination card reads the second dose is scheduled for 3/9. They gave us a sheet of paper that reads a scheduler will contact us to schedule the second dose app't. If I don't hear anything, then I should call the hotline number. Well I've been calling and calling and only receive a recording. Should we just show up on March 9th if we don't hear anything.

Has anyone else had this experience?

We had the same experience when calling the phone number and were starting to panic. However, we did finally receive a phone call the day before our scheduled appointment, so everything worked out. Good luck.

Stop worrying.

We got a call a few days before the 21st day for second shot and picked our slot.

If you do not get a call just show up on the due date and you will get shot.

We got our second does today. They are doing a marvelous job at the Lake Mall, very very well organized

We were due for a second Pfizer shot at Lake Sq Mall on 3/3. On Sunday evening, 3/1 my wife got a call to schedule an appointment on 3/4. On Mon 3/2 they called me. The only wrinkle, the lady who called me had a very heavy foreign accent. I could not understand her and handed the phone to my wife, who managed to communicate with her. Otherwise the process worked flawlessly. Be patient.

BTW, I did not have a reaction to the first Pfizer Covid shot. However, I did have a reaction to the second one: aches and pains, and chills all night. Sleep was difficult. In hindsight I should have taken Advil or Tylenol before retiring. My Wife had no reaction.

We got our second Pfizer shot today at Lake Sq Mall. We never got the call to give us a time. We went @2pm because our first shot was 2:45 and when we got there no lines. It was great. Inside they ask if you got a call so they can cross you off call list, we said no and were sent on ahead to a table where they go over the questions and you sign, onto shot, onto waiting 15 mins and we were in and out in 25 mins. No waiting lines at all.
