BJ’s or Costco ?

Does anyone know if there are intentions to build a “ big box “ store next to Lowe’s on 466A or anywhere in the vicinity of The Villages.
I am a snow bird and the Sam’s club up north is 20 miles from my home but Costco and BJ’s are near me. I’m up for renewal and I’m deciding which way to go.
Thanks for any info you might have.

BJs is building a store on 441 next to Lowes in Lady Lake very close to Sam's.

Easiest Costco is 45-60 minutes South on I-75 in Wesley Chapel. It's by the outlet mall and the least crowded Costco I've ever been to. We go about once a month.

We've traveled 30 miles +/- down to Clermont to the BJ's there on RT 27 for the past four years.....we've always preferred BJ's over Costco.

We'll be very happy when the BJ's that's being build closer to TV opens

I should have elaborated. My home post up north supplies cars to some of its because we purchase good from them and we have a tax exempt cert on file.

I've gotten personal cards from VetRewards and TroopID in the past though.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Sams isn't as good as Costco, but it is a lot closer. Not interested in BJ's at all. Tried them several times in the past. Higher prices, lower quality. I wouldn't shop at BJ's if they gave me a lifetime membership for free.

BJs is the best. Anything at Sams you can get at Walmart. The Costco near us is always a mess, stuff is always dropped in the isles etc. we stopped going although we liked their muffins. Love everything about BJ’s, been a member for over 30 years.

Sams seem to have fresher fruits and vegetables so we tend to buy them there.
