I am doing a lifestyle visit next week and although they provide a golf cart I would like to upgrade to a quiet tech WITH upgraded seat to experience The Villages as I would live it. I contacted The Villages Golf Cars and they do rent quiet tech but not with upgraded seats. Any suggestions?

There are lots of seat upgrades and you will be shocked when you see the various costs to go that route. We chose an upgraded bench seat as our dog sits between us, it is very comfortable. Since it's quite far to go anywhere in this sprawling area cruise control would be nice. There are lots of ads in the Daily Sun Classifieds renting golf cars call a few and see if they have what you're looking for. of up cannot find one do as recommended in post #2. . I think you would experience TV very well without upgraded seats and that would give you something to look forward to when you end up buying down here.

old people right? Cruise control in the hands(many quite shaky)of people who leave their blinkers on for two miles, seeing limitations, forgetfulness, memory lapses, accelerator/brake location issues, don't stop...merge...or use signals. physical flexibility and muscle control complications. I know! I'm getting there...balance problems.
Nope...cruise control bad...fewer options mean safer seniors. They should build these carts with foot thick fairly rigid foam around the cart, roll bars and a cocktail bar...

They have it in their cars going a lot faster than 19 MPH.

Go first class and order the adaptive cruise control.
