Home build quality in TV?

I'm preparing for a move to Fl, and TV in particular - as part of my research, I've subscribed to the "floridaforboomers.com" blog which gives folks info on TV as well as other communities.

One today struck me ... this was for Valencia Grove/Riverland in Port St. Lucie, with the builder being GL Homes. Absolutely STUNNING model pics of homes...

But BBB gives a completely different story.

I know that there will always be those situations where everything seems to go wrong and you wind up with a "lemon", but overall, how is the build quality of NEW homes being built in TV and how is the build quality of pre-owned homes?
