Looking for recommendations to do quality job at reasonable rates for:
1) interior house painting
2) re-flooring (remove carpeting and install luxury vinyl plank)
3) kitchen/bathroom countertops change from laminated to granite
Also, which one should be tackled first?

Had same work done before moving into my new designer and this is what was recommended: first, countertops (Ultimate Granite) as moving those heavy slabs on small wheeled carts could damage the LVP floors; second, floors-I used FlooringMasters on 301; lastly, painting-I used Prestige Painters.They needed to touch up the baseboards that were removed and replaced by the flooring people. I did backsplash last but the paint needed to be touched up and in the best of all possible worlds it would have been done before the painting. These contractors are all very busy so get them scheduled, and good luck!
