Hello.
We are wondering what the dimensions are of the master bath Roman shower in the gardenia floor plan.

Thanks
Julie

This depends, as I recall when we built our Gardenia there were 3 options for the master bathroom. If the exact size is critical, contact villages sales department and get the typical plans for that house. If this is RESALE you may have to ask the owner, I have seen at least 2 variations on Gardenias depending on vintage and stretches that were applied.

I will be glad to measure ours if you want, it is U shaped so which dimensions do you need?

Thank you.
Ours is L shaped and it is a resale.

I know there was a link to a site that had house plans, I did not keep it, I hope someone else has it for your use. If I had kept the old paperwork of the various options I might have had those dimensions.

Go to the county permitting website eTRAKiT (https://etrakit.sumtercountyfl.gov/eTRAKiT3/) and you can find the plans for all the new homes being built in Sumter County. You'll find plan sets that are about 12 pages on average and these will have the information desired.
