Q - Isn't it true that 'residents' of The Villages 'own' nothing other their home (possibly additional rentals), but certainly have no ownership interest in anything else?
Q-Also, isn't it a fact that the 'Amenity Fee Agreement' obligates Home-Owners to pay, but 'guarantees' them nothing for their money?
Q-Can the rumor be true that the golf courses on the north and south side of CR 466a (Fruitland Park to Wildwood) are, in fact, temporary uses of prime road frontage which is reserved for future commercial construction?
