It is currently tough to find the J&J vaccine in Florida. Florida had it for a while, but J&J is having difficulty getting their new factory FDA approved for production. They're close, but it may take a week or three before they really get rolling. Next week 42,000 doses will show up in Florida (for the whole state), which is only about a quarter of what Florida got the first week of March.

My husband signed up for J&J through the Publix site one week, and I did it the following week (we didn’t want to take it at the same time.). Tips - get in right at 7:00am on Wednesday. Don’t refresh your screen once you are able to see the blue Waiting button next to the grayed out Book Now button. If you occasionally scroll to the bottom of the screen to how many vaccines are left for each county. Do NOT stop waiting just because your preferred counties show 100% taken. When we did my husband’s, Lake, Sumter, and Marion all showed 100% gone. At 38 mins of waiting I got the Book Now button. But when I’d choose a Publix, and the time slot it offered, I would get notice that it was now all gone. My husband got in on his ipad at 42 minutes. He was able to complete the transaction. After you get your appointment, you do have to fill out a form. Unfortunately, when you go in to get the shot, you will have to fill out a forum, answering the very same questions again.

Call. 352-815-2216. It the fl vaccine line for Sumter JJ vaccine. They give it at Sumter college off 301 in bushnell past Coleman prison.

I logged onto their site about 11:00 pm one night last week and got an appointment for Wednesday at the one on Burnsed.

Got it at Winn Dixie off of 466A. Very easy. Register on their web site.

It changes daily, but If you are wanting to do international or cruise travel, the J&J vaccine is not yet accepted. Accepted ones are Moderna and Phizer are. There is a website of accepted internationally vaccines. Search for it

Yes, I had the J&J "one and you're done" shot. I had mine at the Sumterville state college. Sign up at: myvaccine.fl.gov. BTW, If you are a snowbird, but own property here, and can prove it, you can get the shot here in Florida.

Took a friend for Vax out of state DL, but had tax, utility bill, bank statements. Never asked for anything other than DL, either didn’t recognize out of state DL, or didn’t care.

Publix have a ton of J&J and have never run out as what you hear being reported. Book on their website 7am and pick Sat/Sun appointment to specifically get J&J vaccine. Publix.com/Covidvaccine
