We have a small lanai that needs new screening. Any suggestions of someone do do it and any guesstimate on cost? Lanai is 10x12 (outside) screens are about 7' high.

There was an advertiser on this site that had several messages a couple of weeks ago, try a search for screen or screening.

I used Todd's and was completely satisfied. Rescreened 9 x 15 patio, and all of my regular window screens. The cost was $470 and I added a tip to each of 2 workers. And, this IS the company that has recently posted regarding their services.

We had Bryan Terry Vinyl & Aluminum do our 24' x 9' lanai. (352-461-0503) They also had to rewrap one of the corner post with aluminum and supplied new hardware for the screen door. The cost for the entire job was $600. I also got a quote from Doc's Restoration's and that was quite a bit higher. I was very happy with the job they did on the screen. Not so much with the wrapping of the corner post, but good enough that I can live with it.

What type of screening did you use? The "standard" stuff or the 70% privacy screen? I have that on my garage scren but not sure how it would be on the lanai since it is so white in color vs. the aluminum normal screen.
