Looking for an inside pest control co. Who do you recommend and what's the cost? Must you sign a contract?

FYI, I used a local service in Naples ( the name escapes me) that did an initial inspection, and only treated the outside. No chemicals in the house, but the inside was guaranteed. IE: pest removal if necessary. This service included termites, and termite damage.

Why not give The Bug Doctor a try? They do inside service and I never signed anything. They are family owned and not a huge company that forgets who you are.
