We used to have those back in PA. I wonder if any of the bakeries, or Donna's Dream Cakes (if she's still in business) make them? Forgot all about lamb cakes. I bet you remember that delicious basket cheese you could only get at Easter as well.

I'm a Chicago boy. My mom used to make the most delicious lamb cakes you'd ever taste. She had an iron(?) mold in the shape of a lamb, wish I still had that. Brings back wonderful memories.
