Has anyone used Burns Woodworking Company. I'm talking to them about remodeling my bathroom. Any positive or negative would helpful in make up my mind.

They have a C+ rating with BBB. But, more importantly, I would recommend you read the one detailed complaint on the BBB.com website. Based on that complaint alone, I would probably not hire the company. Apparently, they didn't even respond to BBB about the complaint.

The complaint on BBB said that they wouldn't return phone calls about an issue the customer had. The BBB tried to contact the business for a response, but the company didn't even reply to the BBB. That would be more than enough for me to not want to do business with them.

I had them replace my countertops with quartz. The price was lower than two other quotes. The quality of work was excellent. There were problems getting the work done. Lots of follow up calls to get things done. Some of the problems were caused by me. I would use them again, but, be prepared to have to keep the pressure on them to get the work done.
