Pain Management Clinic for Piriformis Trigger Injection

I went to Arbor Medical near Laurel Manor and saw DR Alger for my piriformis muscle ... It took a series of 3 shots over a couple months but it's MUCH better... I do the SEATED piriformis stretch a couple of times a day and that is really helpful below is a link for the stretch ....good luck
