Big Al's in Belleview has several barbers that specialize in flat tops. Their mens haircuts are only $8.

They are on 27/441 just North of Market of Marion.

$8, have not seen that price for awhile. Up north a buzz cut is $20 so I bought a razor and cut my own hair.
