Patio door seal broken

Looks like the seal failed on one of our Patio door panels. The door is orignal , the house was built in 2012. Would like to replace the one panel with the same builders grade. Not sure this is still under warranty but I will check . Seems like ther might be some available as many homeowners upgrade over time. Any ideas or similar experiences.

Home warranty should be able to tell you the original manufacturer, and then they will be able to tell you the cost to repair. You can then get cost to replace/upgrade and see if it is worth it. IMHO, be sure the new replacement meets all the necessary codes.
