Looking to purchase small Suv for my daughter; ie Kia Soul/Sportage, Hyundai Tucson, Honda Crv/Hrv, Nissan Rogue, Toyota Rav4, etc. Want to stay around $8500- $9000. Low mileage, < 60,000. No accidents. Year 2015-2018. Thank you.

You may need to spend more money. An Autotrader.com search shows 32 private seller vehicles meeting your criteria. 31 of them are priced at $13K or higher. Good luck.
