SECO will do this, but IMHO, probably unnecessary you will probably never recoup the cost of the additional insulation on your lowered electric bill. I would at a minimum ask SECO to do an energy audit, you will probably get a bigger bang for your buck with LED lights, altered A/C settings, etc.
