Realtor Recommendations

We will be coming to The Villages in late May 2021, to search for a vacation home. In his book "Inside the Bubble" Ryan Erisman offers to recommend a MLS 'outside realtor' to assist the buyer (us) in finding properties that The Villages realtors do not list. If any of you have used a realtor that Ryan has recommended, could you give us feedback on your experience?
We are visiting The Villages on the "Lifestyle Preview", and we are supposed to have an assigned "The Villages realtor" that will show us new and pre-owned properties that are not MLS-listed.

So if you want to buy new then they are not needed but if used homes is what you are looking for you will need both to be able to see them all.
