Enlarging a bird cage/lanai

Has anyone enlarged their bird cage and lanai. I know it would need to be in compliance, I'm just curious as to how expensive it could be and if you are happy with the company that did it.

Enlarging a lanai is much different from enlarging a birdcage. However, we ADDED a bird cage, about 800 square feet to our existing lanai several years ago. The cost including, relocation of irrigation lines, new electrical service to the birdcage, new concrete pad, removal of a small pad, and the aluminum cage and screening was around $18,000.

It will be when we buy the neighbors property....don't think the villages will notice when we have a 1/4 acre bird cage...
