Who do I call to have a tree limb trimmed away from hanging over my Lanai Roof? Tree is along utility path that passes by my home.

When we inquired about tree limbs on trees on villages property we were advised we were responsible for the limbs, leaves, etc over hanging on our property.
Same as painting the walls adjacent your property....the resident is responsible for the upkeep of the wall side facing their home.

Law and common sense are often in conflict. As to a tree branch hanging on to your property, I would ask an attorney. Possibly one of those call in talk shows.
I do not know, don't blame me but, I think you have the right to cut the branch off at the property line. An interesting conflict with common sense. Proper tree pruning would be to cut the branch off at the trunk.
Beware, a large branch is far heavier and bigger than it seems when the tree is holding it up, BEFORE, you start cutting.

If you are referring to the sideyard easement in a courtyard villa, you are not required to paint your neighbor's exterior house wall. You just need to allow access for the neighbor to paint their own wall.

No not that area.
The Villages walls that run along a road and along the back of one's property, along that road.
