I am looking for a seamless gutter contractor that will take on the small job of providing extensions at the end of the down spouts to carry the water further away from the house.
Probably 8 downspouts approximately 4-6 feet each.

I have called a couple of contractors that quote a minimum price of $600.......(in many cases that would provide new gutters for a medium sized house!!!!!!!!!!!!).

I will continue my search while seeking other inputs as well.

The problem in TV anymore is that business for various contractors is so good they are hard to get or ridiculously expensive.

I have tried the extensions from Lowes but want a better solution.

OP, have you looked into extending the downspouts instead using the black flexible drain pipe? This can be buried out several feet to a pop-up in the yard, and this can be done by several landscape companies.

I recently had the same issue. No contractor wanted to be bothered by such a small job, or if the did, they inflated the price to a ridiculous amount. I finally decided to get the necessary parts from Lowe’s and do it myself. I couldn’t get an exact color match to our existing gutters, but no one has noticed and the project is crossed off the to do list.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot and you will find quite a vAriety of downspout extensions. I did and installed them myself.

I got 2 10' schedule 40 PVC pipes, 4 90 deg elbows and 2 green grates. I dug a trench 12" down and out a few feet. I cut the one 10' pipe so that the down spout went into the pipe, attached one 90 degree elbow attached some of the pipe to go out away from the house, put on another 90 and capped it off the a grate.

I did that for 2 downspouts.

Won’t they be out in the yard , in the pathways and a nuisance for whoever cuts your grass? There are a thousand handyman businesses in the area

What’s used for what you are asking for is black flexible drainage “hose”. It fits on the end of gutter downspout and extends out as far as needed. You buy it at Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Home Depot or Lowes. Slip on and hold in place with two short screws per downspout.
