I usually am patient with relatively minor issues with this website but the complete lack of response is frustrating. Monday morning I paid for a 7 day featured listing via PayPal but the listing was posted as a normal ad and not a Featured ad. I wanted it featured to having the best chance of selling the item quickly rather than having to pack it for an upcoming move. I have sold many items on here so it's not my first attempt and I'm familiar with the process. Something obviously went wrong which may have even been something I did unknowingly but I immediately realized the problem and followed the procedure and submitted a ticket for help. It's frustrating you don't have the option of calling a real person but I understand the expense of having that option. After hearing nothing I emailed the address provided when I submitted the ticket. No response. I then emailed BK Enterprises to whom the payment was sent. No response. I checked the ticket status daily and all it says is "opened" , "low priority" and "unassigned". I don't care about the $5.99 but I want the ad Featured so I can have the best chance of selling it.

At least I can vent via this posting but it's a lousy way to provide support to users.

I did not know you had to pay to list an item for sale. Just figured it was a post like anything else. We rarely by anything used online. I hope they fix this for you. Where are you moving to.

different than a regular listing...it's not difficult to differentiate, but those who sell here do have to understand what they read. *shrug*

I received an email response yesterday with an apology for the delay but specialist said he/she was having system issues. They are committed resolving my issue. I still think a helpline could resolve minor issues quickly.
