My granite countertops are dull and need of repair. Can anyone recommend a company that will work on granite that was not purchased from them. OTC products do not work. Thanks.

Yes, tried the granite place on Rolling Acres and they would do it if we bought the granite from them.

Before you give up, find a product that it two steps one a cleaner and the second one a wax polish. It is a lot of work. A major problem is if you have and use one of those soap
pumps. We do not use ours and never have.
Also, cloth works far better than paper.

I purchased diamond finishing pads for a fire pit, these were on Amazon very reasonable price. They go from 80 grit to 10,000 grit. The 10,000 grit, with water and a slower speed on my angle grinder works real well. After I bought this I have seen other alternatives that are hand polishers with replaceable pads that go to the 10,000 grit range. This is the range you want for a glass finish. Before you ask, I did this for myself, I will be glad to discuss, but I am currently not interested in doing this for others.
