ASI- Progressive Homeowners Insurance Increase

We just received our new policy renewal for Progressive - ASI Homeowners Insurance. It went up $155. Just wondering if anyone else had an increase in their insurance.

yes, mine went up 30%. called them and was told all were getting that increase due to the abundance of "storm damaged" roofs being replaced. we are all paying for those who choose to take up the offers of the door to door roofing solicitors.

Mine went up more than that with no claims. I have low deductibles so pay higher annual premium but this is highest increase I've had. IMO we are paying for all those new roofs being replaced due to "hail storm damage". Makes me think I shouldn't have
turned away all those doorbell ringers offering free roof inspections and replacements that they'd make sure my insurance paid for. My neighbors have new roofs and I still have an old roof, higher insurance premium with more restrictive terms.

Our ASI policy went up $35, and we got a new roof last year.
