Carpet, Grout, Vinyl Cleaning

We are considering using, "Sure Clean Solutions LLC - Tile Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning"
to clean out carpets, vinyl, grout, and dryer vent.
I would like to know about recent experiences with Sure Clean Solutions.
In particular:
- How well did they suck the water out of the carpet?
- How long did it take your carpet to dry?
- Have you been satisficed with grout cleaning and sealing?
- Did they arrive at the scheduled time?
Do you have alternative recommendations for carpet cleaning?

We used Sureclean (2nd time) to clean in our entire villa which has the we same tile in be every room. They did a very good job cleaning the tile and grout. They are professional be and arrive on time. We are considering having the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms color sealed next year.
