The business manager tried to sign me up for expensive treatments for things not found or noted during the dental exam.
I've been to a dentist more than a few time in my life, and never had a worse experience. Seems they should direct you to the business manager first, and skip the dental exam. She'll make up what the company thinks you should have done, and come up with a price with easy financial terms so fast, you'll head will spin.
Beware if you use Aspen. This was my experience.
