Since the bank launched their new program, no account information on line was available. Has anyone had the same experience or is it my operator error?

Depends, some had zero issues, some had a glitch, and then there were accounts that still can’t access as of today. Citizens does not do upgrades well.

I can only see my balance. I’m sure they’re going to work it out soon though.

I have not had any problems accessing my account. I had a question about an automated payment which was made as a check rather than an electronic transfer. I was given a reasonable explanation and moved on.

In my previous life I have been through many major system upgrades. Not all things go correctly. If you have a question or concern, call the bank. Don’t p@#$ and moan here. It will be fixed.

Just checked my account all working fine. Have been using for over 20 years and never any problems.

I wouldn't be sure it was operator error, problems to occur during upgrades, but I haven't seen any problems with my online information.

I have two accounts. I can see my balance information on one account, but not the other. I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon. One account displays balance information for both accounts and I can see both balances. However, I cannot see that same balance information on the second account.

Haven't had access to.my accounts information for a week now. And they don't bother sending updates on the problem. Called a got no satisfaction. Terrible!!!

Trust me. It’s nothing your doing......heard the bank went through a system conversion. Trust me....it ain’t you.

It's working for me but the first time, after it said "account data unavailable - try again later," or something like that, I clicked on "MY ACCOUNTS" to see data. Been fine since.

As of Monday morning I was able to see all my accounts and function in my bill pay section with no problem?

There was a number to call. I did as I could not access. They were having trouble with accounts associated with trusts.

Let’s just hope and pray they are doing everything possible to keep their system secure and hacker free. I’m very pleased so far with my experience with this bank.

I have no issues with access but my accounts are listen twice. Doesn’t that That equal 100% interest 👀

I had trouble when I first went online after their change, but after a couple of tries, all my information came up.

Best bank ever! I’ve been with them for 11 years and NEVER had even close to a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and informed.

I use Citibank (just a tad larger than Citizen's First) for my business...

I have the very same problems when they update their software. It typically lasts a day or two...

They gave plenty of notice that they would be updating their system last weekend and that at 8 am Monday morning they would be up and running. I tried at exactly 8 am and my account information was available as always. If you continue to have a problem I suggest that you call them. They are quite helpful in assisting you to get back online. Good luck.

Have not had any problems when logging on using their app since they did their upgrade. Very rarely visit the website online.

I have same problem went to office in Mullberry, it was as if there was nothing they could do, it was being worked on, not happy if it is not fixed soon I will be withdrawing my monies!

you're right, they will. i got an email last week explaining the upgrade process. they said online banking may be unavailable, but you can still go to the branches, & also be able to get cash/money from atm's.

As far as Citizens bank, I do not know. However, we all know about cyber attacks.
In most cases you will not be told things are changing, being changed, to tighten security.

Privacy? Franky I object about how much information is on the internet about all of us.

We dumped Citizens First when they charged us for our account. There was $5,000.00 in the accout. Ee had it sitting there for emergency

Took 6 days for me to get my balances via their system. Amateurish and unprofessional at best. Think this crew could save us from hackers? Doubtful.

on line service was down from June 4-June 8 to work on the new system; maybe they are still working out the glitches on the new system; be patient, I am sure it will be fine.

We are seasonal, have had a checking acct. for over a year, absolutely no issues!!

Waiting for midnight, hoping to get into accounts. On-site staff can’t help, it’s a upgrade that is definitely not working out well. I still have no ability to go online. So glad we just keep minimal $$just to pay for certain things, but it would be nice to access the accounts

I wondered if this topic would appear here. My on line display had not been available until yesterday when I had time to get to the bank branch. No one with a beneficiary trust transfer on death would display due to duplicate ssn's. (The current account holder and the trust were in the old system with the same ssn.) After a few keystrokes, I was all set. Apparently, the cause of this problem wasn't determined until mid-week or after.

I usually use the mobile app and that has been and is working ok. I can see my accounts, balances, activity, statement and can do transfers or mobile deposits.

So, if you haven't tried the app yet, perhaps download and give it a try until these website glitches you mention are worked out.

I'm going to go online though today and see what up online.

My parents banked with this bank for 15 years with no significant complaints and my mom was fussy.

I’m heDing invto the bank Monday to resolve this issue. I go all my banking online so this is a big issue for me
