Sharing: I wanted to give a "shout of joy" :bigbow: to Deena Doyle our Dog trainer - we just completed 6 weeks and our little girl is well mannered and attentive now :)
We needed the command training as much as our puppy did! :boom:

If you are looking for a trainer you should consider Deena Doyle 352-531-4401

I think I need to be re-trained. I wonder if I could get a discount for a puppy and me, a St. Bernard! :1rotfl:

Miss you CFrance. good to see your posts.:clap2:

Miss the other lady from the frozen tundra also. :1rotfl: The Lobster Lady!

What we used with our latest dog. First one was trained in the old school method (give correction; yank on collar) which we totally ditched.

Second one was positive training, and we liked that much better. It's good to know that there's a positive reinforcement trainer in this area.

I was always told it was 'train the owner'.

I'm a lifetime dog owner and lover.

Yes, but the first trainer gave my husband one too many corrections.
