I am looking to raise $100,000 to provide treatment for veterans with PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am looking for people with ideas as to how we can work together to achieve this goal.
The first step is to find someone that can create a web site for Honor our Heroes

The intent is I hope good. I do wonder why you would start yet another charity for vets.
Getting it licensed setting up legitimate administration will cost more than the $100,000 you hope to raise.

Many such places exist for years...
Military PTSD Resources (https://www.operationwearehere.com/PTSD.html)
Military PTSD Help: Combat Stress, PTSD & TBI Recovery Program | WWP (https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/programs/combat-stress-recovery-program)
PTSD Program - Locations (https://www.va.gov/directory/guide/ptsd.asp)
Or simply call the VA....they can refer you to those who need your help and assistance

Very thoughtful, but actually, if your planning on raising $100K "for the Vets" the first step would be to find a lawyer to set up the charity. Maybe you already have done that step but it wasn't mentioned in you first post,
Not sure anyone would want to be involved in setting up a website and collecting money from the public through a website as a charity without being 100% sure everything is 100% on the up and up and registered with the state etc. No reflection directly on you but there are lots of scam websites collecting $$$ for "good causes."
The website should be one of the last steps. Personally I wouldn't give more than a dollar or two to any "cause" unless it can be proven it's legal.

It's a weakness in the website.
There have been a lot of retro's over the last couple of years.
After he raises $100k, hopefully he will raise the Sumter bridge.
