Here’s a new update on the construction work happening here in The Villages. I take a look at the construction work happening in the various areas of the southern end of The Villages, some non-Villages areas, and a look at the work on the golf courses under construction and under repair and upgrade.

I’ve tried some new things with the maps so let me know what you think.

Awesome work again!

Am I the only one who finds the interviews nicely done, but distracting?

Not the first I've heard this comment, I'm still up in the air (sorry for the pun) on the issue trying to figure out if I like them or not, some comments are better than others. I don't tell anyone what to say, I just let them speak. Sometimes I have to make them do it twice because the first time is too long. Unless the content is offensive (none have been so far) I pretty much let them go with it.

I like what you’re doing with maps - sometimes its tough to determine north south vis a vis the turnpike.

I especially like that the updates are on all sections of TV - not just the new constructions. I own near the Starbucks and appreciate those updates.

The interviews are okay - especially the folks for whom you are doing the build videos - you should promote the revenue producing side of your business.

Yes but I just fast forward past the interview

Great update as usual. Not a fan of the interview. Need to get the new executive courses underway imo. Tee times will get more brutal in very short order.

Great videos, enjoy them all. Do them anyway you like because I'm just glad you you take your time to put them all together and keep me informed. Well done!

I find the interviews/testimonials a bit distracting. The last few videos I would just hit the mute button until they were over so I could focus on what you were flying over..

Thanks Don - great video. First time we've logged on to see it. Have subscribed to your channel. Really gave us a insight into all the new building.
Can you tell me which areas and villages are the closest to 75 to get to Tampa in the shortest time.

Most Culvers are very well run. The one 466 was great until they went to drive thru only because of not enough employees. Went there last week and the inside service was not great and the outdoor seating was gone.

There are many threads for tee time discussions……….

Hi Don, love the videos. We currently drive up from the south exiting off the Turnpike at CR 470, any idea if and when a connection from there straight to Meggison Rd will be done? Right now we have to make a big loop to get back to Morse. It looks like The Villages land goes all the way south to 470, but nothing I've seen covers this area at least not yet. Thanks, Jim

Not being in the inner circle it's impossible to say exactly. Looking at it from a historical perspective and based on what we've seen in the area of Bradford-StC-Hawkins-CG-CH I would estimate about 18 months and no more than 24 months for Meggison to be open from CR470 to Brownwood.

For now, the CR470 to CR501 to CR468 is the quickest route if you live in the southern area, if you live north of 44 then SR44 to US301 still seems the best route. If you live in Chitty-Chatty or soon to be Richmond, flip a coin, both routes about the same.

Ready for #94

Give me a break, I need time to play a little golf, poorly as it may be, between videos. I'm supposed to be retired.
