I overloaded my 11 yr old Samsung front loading washer and, as a consequence, it no longer spins at high speed. Is there a repair service anyone knows of? I'd like to compare repair costs to investing in a new machine. Thanks for any help!

Take out the racks both of them and check around for a loose utensil that is slowing down the rotation of the Dynaflow! It may be something simple. I doubt that you overloaded it. Good Luck.

It's days are over. Research a new washer.

I have seen that Samsung repair services are few and far between, Orlando may be the closest. We have used Beck's in the past for our Whirlpool icemaker, not sure they service Samsung. I have heard that Fields is good. You could try calling each of them. If you are lucky you may have damaged a belt, but at 11 years old I agree it may be near end of useful life.

I highly recommend Bob's Appliance Repair. He is a Villager and highly rated repair person I have personally used. 352-897-1002
