Looking for that specially skilled guy who's good at everything but really knows plumbing for a relatively simple job, diagnosing and fixing a hose leak in laundry room sink. Trying to avoid the humungous cost of calling a professional plumber.
Thanking you in advance for your valuable information.

If this is the cold or hot supply lines, turn of the water supply and disconnect the hoses and look at the washers, one may be split. If the hoses are old, get new ones. If this is the drain line, check the hose clamp connection as the base of the washer and the hose where it exits the washer, I have seen the hose get a hole from rubbing against the frame. I have also seen drain hoses crack at the hard bends. Hope this helps.

Sounds like you have a leaking supply line leak. In most cases, if not all, they are similar to a garden hose. Go out and get braided hoses from Lowes, Home Depot, Ace and replace. If tight might need to use a crescent wrench.
If you are not mechanical, suggest calling Mike Scott plumbing. Good company, reasonable prices and prompt.
